Welcome, everyone. Thank you so much for being here today for our live webinar demo, accountant tools to help simplify the grind. I am Amaya Richards. I joined Paychex in 2022 as a sales engineer, supporting client demonstrations and sales enablement. I now serve as a content engineer creating internal, external product content, including demo videos, guided tours, presentations, and voiceovers. But today, the goal is to learn a bit more about how we simplify the grind for accounting partners like you through a selection of accountant tools to save time and streamline your day to day operations. Paychex Partner Pro, our accountant benefits program, and our accountant knowledge center. As we go through today's demo, you'll find some helpful resources available in the docs column at the right of your screen, including an info sheet handout on these tools, as well as links to interactive tours of each tool and a link to our accounting professionals web page. If at any time during this presentation you'd like to get started with any of these tools, you can click the help me get started key at the upper right corner of your screen. Now let's dive into our live demonstration. In Paychex Partner Pro, you can access payroll and HR data for shared clients in real time through a centralized dashboard. That way you can instantly spot essential action items and insights such as missing tax IDs or Social Security numbers, allowing for proactive problem solving with your clients. And don't worry about missing a thing because notifications are readily available to keep you on the know. Even take it a step further by setting your preferences for email and text notifications. We want to enable you to reach out to your clients with on time action items that make a difference. Returning to the dashboard, feel empowered to easily manage your clients. I can even browse, integrations by exploring the Paychex marketplace so clients can connect their tools. Then I can pin those clients that require frequent advisement so I can support their needs. Speaking of support, say I or my client needs support. I can track requests, see updates, and get help when I need it. I can create tickets on a client's behalf or online and easily select the item that is the area of support that is most desired and easily create this ticket and monitor the status to resolution. Now referring to Paychex is easy too, and we've made it even easier. If you have a client not using our services yet and you want to share the value Paychex provides, simply navigate to that client referral tile. Clicking here will bring you into our referral form where you can fill out the requested details to engage the appropriate Paychex consultant. We'll reach out and help them sign up for the solution bundle that best fits their needs. Now you notice we did enter our accountant benefits program, our new partnership opportunity with, business growth in mind. The accountant benefits program is built around a three tiered structure, advocate, advisor, and champion. At the baseline, you will access essential tools such as CPE webinars, the accountant knowledge center, exclusive discounts on Paychex solutions, and more. As you level up, benefits expand to include deeper financial incentives, premium resources, and dedicated service. Your main dashboard is gonna provide a clear view of referral status, clients with paychecks payable, and your program progress. It's your hub for tracking success and deepening client relationships. Now once we have that client set up on Paychex Flex, you can request access to your client's information by entering their Paychex company ID and clicking submit. You can customize the message so they know it's you knocking at the door and then the client will receive an approval task which they can immediately accept with just a few clicks. They'll select your role, which defines what specific data you can access in the system. From there, that company will automatically appear in your client list. Now we've incorporated feedback on how we can provide more visibility into that client requests, where I am in progress, and what role have I been assigned. I now have insight and eyesight into submitted requests, and I can have a conversation with my client to help solve any access questions on my own. For example, let's look at elected access. We can navigate into a specific client for advanced tailored insights. We can see favorite reports that are readily available and feel confident in our ability to navigate between Paychex Flex and Partner Pro to perhaps execute payroll or run a a report. Now let's say we level up with resources from the accountant knowledge center by Walter's Kluwer. Conveniently access time saving tools, AI enabled research, and trusted guidance on the latest in tax, compliance, and industry developments. You can dive into the federal tax tab to explore current or historic conditions of the master tax guide dated back to 1998. You can navigate this robust guide with traditional indexing or leverage AI to really dive into a related topic. This is gonna help you source the material, keeping your form informed and ready to advise clients with confidence. So whether it's a question within the master tax guide or another related topic, The AI assistant provides instant conversational responses and can also summarize research into clear memos or client communications.
