Brendan is dedicated to exploring the intersection of AI and HR, leveraging innovative technologies to drive transformative change within organizations. Thank you both for joining today, and now I will turn it over to you, Brendan. Thank you so much, Michelle. I'm really excited to be here, and welcome to everyone else who's joining. We're excited to discuss today how we can help you see your business and people in a new light. Over the next few minutes, we'll be taking an interactive look at our new tool, HR analytics. We will review how easy it is to get immediate answers with the help of our new Gen AI assistant, ways your business can ditch complex spreadsheets and pivot tables with easy to understand visuals and automated reporting. And lastly, we'll look at the importance of complete and accurate data, all without the help of an analyst. As we all know, analyzing data comes with its own challenges as not everyone in your business is savvy with Excel. HR analytics allows you to be the data hero your business needs. Growing a business can be challenging. With limited time and resources, it can be difficult to make accurate business decisions quickly. HR analytics with AI insights provides fast, accurate insights to help you make informed decisions that drive growth, enabling you to thrive with the data needed in the AI era. I'd like to review some examples on how HR analytics is here to help you turn challenges into solutions. So instead of data scattered across various systems, you'll have a unified view of data for easy access. Instead of managers relying on their intuition or gut to make decisions, our tool takes data and transforms them into actual insights with visualizations, charts, and graphs. Instead of spending time digging through reports, you can automate tasks and simplify them. And lastly, instead of challenges with turnover, which is often costly and rarely provides answers as to when and why employees leave, this tool can help you understand employee turnover, risk, and help you create strategies to mitigate them. We've identified challenges and proposed solutions. Now I'm really excited to have a live look at HR analytics inside Paychex Flex with you. I'm going to turn it over to Jess to show you a couple of reports as well as the new conversational AI insights tool for instant answers to your most pressing data questions. Take it away, Jess. Thank you, Brenton. So when we talk about HR analytics, it would be embedded right into your analytics and reports link inside of Paychex Flex. When you open up that screen, you'll be presented with a series of guidebooks. Every one of these guidebooks is designed to provide you different analytical aspects of that particular topic. In this case, compensation from going from a general learning about the overall basics of your compensation to what does my actual compensation overview look like? Each report in every guidebook is designed to give you not only real world figures on your own company's information, but also the ability to do drill down capabilities to see how those numbers are affecting your big picture. And even with this little shadow, the ability to help do future projections as an organization so that not only can you see where you've been, but you can start projecting where you're going. Now with these guidebooks comes an informative option that's called AI Insights. It's a conversational piece that allows us to speed up a little bit of that information. And let's use an example. We've all been there before. Our manager comes to us and says, I need to know some information about our turnover. So could I go into the turnover and retention guidebook and pull up a report with that information? I could. But I also have the ability to ask Insights the same question. What is my turnover? And instead, the system is going to give you first the short answer, answering the question directly, but then it's going to give you the ability to get the long answer. So in September, our turnover rate was 7.62. And if I click on my view trend option, it's going to give me a grid and graph that shows me all of my turnover trends. And as I hover over each point, it gives me a little bit more information. And can I drill down into this way? Yes. Yes, I can. So I can get more specific information, including key insights like March had the highest and June had the smallest. I can dig even further by clicking view details, which now allows me to see the employees that may have caused that increase in turnover. But I also have the ability, if this is really all I needed here, I could download a visual, and I could be just an image, or I could go straight into PowerPoint or a spreadsheet. But maybe I need to know a little bit more. Maybe I need to know which department was the highest. So let's ask it. And so as it does this quick look for us, again, it's eliminating the need to have to do those steps of date ranges and sorting. And instead, again, the short answer, all of our different departments as well as the viewing the breakdown of those departmental trends. I could keep asking more and more questions along this same line, and it will continue to build those answers for me. But what's helpful about AI analytics and insights is not only is it giving me that information, but maybe after I've asked all my questions, I forgot where I started. I click summarize, Insights will summarize all of your questions and answers into a couple of quick paragraphs that you now can save and share as needed. From here, if you have enough information, great, you're done. But if you need a little more help, now we jump right back into that retention and turnover guidebook, and it allows us to go even further, digging a little more and a little more again into the different reports, including being able to see our base points. And when we've had good resignation trends, those red boxes represent when we've had some spikes. So there's a lot of different ways for a client to be able to use this information to be able to get that bigger picture. Back to you, Brinson. Awesome. Thank you so much, Jess. I just I love how you were able to talk about projections. You're able to jump into the AI insights and do some searching and then have that summarize summary at the end and then get right back in. It's it's really brilliant. Thank you. So as you can see, we've set the stage for how HR analytics combined with AI insights can help drive your business forward. Let's not forget about the importance of those data needed. The quality of the insights in our product relies heavily on the accuracy of your data within Paychex Flex.
